This policy covers this website and the pilot sign-up form. The PriceWarden Shopify app will have its own policy, published before any store installs it. "We" means Duong Hoang, trading as PriceWarden.
What we collect
- What you type in the pilot form: your name, email, store address, product count, supplier types, how you update prices today, which option you'd prefer, and anything you add in the notes.
- Two details your browser sends with the form: the country you're in (worked out by our host from your connection, not stored as an address) and your browser type. We don't store your IP address.
- Page visits, counted without cookies: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.
We don't use advertising trackers or tracking cookies, and we don't sell or share your details for marketing.
Why
To reply to your pilot request, book a call, and run the pilot with you. Visit counts show us which pages are useful.
Who handles it for us
- Cloudflare hosts this website, stores pilot sign-ups, sends us an email when one arrives, and runs the spam check on the form (Turnstile). Cloudflare may process data outside Australia.
- Google (Gmail) holds our email: the sign-up alert and any emails between us.
- Brevo delivers the emails we send you.
- Google and Brevo may also process data outside Australia.
How long we keep it
Until we've decided together whether you'll join the pilot. If you don't join, we delete your details within 12 months. If you do, the pilot agreement and the app's privacy policy cover what happens next.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We'll reply within 30 days. If you're not happy with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
